Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails wines beers and soft drinks to a high standard
• Create classic and innovative cocktails with excellent presentation and consistency
• Deliver exceptional customer service engaging with guests and making personalised drink recommendations
• Maintain a clean organised and fully stocked bar environment at all times
• Ensure all transactions are processed accurately using the POS system
• Monitor and replenish stock levels supporting stock control and ordering processes
• Verify customer identification and ensure responsible alcohol service in line with legal requirements
• Stay up to date with current beverage trends and contribute ideas to enhance the bar offering
• Comply with all company policies health & safety and food hygiene standards
• Work collaboratively with the wider F&B team to ensure smooth and efficient service

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment preferred
• Good knowledge of cocktails spirits wines and bar service standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for guest service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Positive attitude flexibility and reliability
• Willingness to work evenings weekends and bank holidays
