• Building positive working relationships with store staff in a customer-facing merchandiser position
• Acting as a professional brand representative across a defined territory
• Managing your own area efficiently, planning visits and priorities independently

• Customer-facing experience such as trade counter sales, retail sales, retail management, or hospitality
• Currently on the tools but looking to move into a more customer-centric merchandiser role
• Confident and personable, comfortable dealing with people face-to-face
• Able to represent a brand professionally and build positive working relationships
• Organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
• Willing to travel across a defined area
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Reasonable level of physical fitness to set up, move, and maintain display stands

• Up to £32,000 basic salary
• £8,000 bonus
