About The Role

As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team that is passionate about delivering the best customer experience. No two days are ever the same, which is part of the fun – here’s what you can expect:

• Customer Service – Deliver an exceptional customer experience by helping them find the perfect product and guiding them to complete their purchase at the till.
• Brand Bra Experience – Provide a brand bra fitting experience and give customers expert advice on sizing and styles that suit their needs.
• Visual Merchandising – Own the merchandising and presentation of our products, helping customers discover what they need and what they didn’t even know they wanted.
• Store Standards – Maintain store standards both front‑end and back‑end, manage deliveries, replenish stock, support loss prevention and adhere to health & safety procedures.
