Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Ann Summers in Exeter, Devon, UK. As a pivotal role within our retail operations, the Team Leader will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of retail associates to ensure exceptional customer service and maximise sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising and cleanliness
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
• Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with the store manager to implement sales strategies and promotional activities

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets
