We are recruiting for a Store Manager to join a leading fashion retail brand in Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Store Manager or a strong Assistant Manager ready to step into full store responsibility within a busy retail environment.

As Store Manager, you will lead from the front, drive sales performance, develop your team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast paced fashion retail setting.

What we are looking for

Previous experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Manager within fashion retail
A strong track record of delivering results in a retail environment
Passionate about people leadership and customer experience
Commercially aware with strong organisational skills
Hands on leadership style with the ability to thrive in fast paced retail
