Supervisor, Retail, Retail & Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well‑presented store at all times.
• Act as a role model by demonstrating a positive attitude, commitment to product knowledge, and excellent customer service that creates lasting impressions.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, drive the store’s success, and support local marketing efforts as an ambassador.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and inventory management.
• Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to and delivering on store KPIs.

• Demonstrated retail sales success experience.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Supervisory experience preferred, but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule with availability for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for the brands and brand lifestyles.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to performing duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
