Responsibilities

• Work as one team to ensure a customer‑first experience is delivered consistently.
• Exceed sales targets and company acquisition target for N.dulge.
• Follow all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with the store team.
• Confidently communicate with external business partners and store visitors.
• Fully embrace team effort and take pride in achieving the common goal.
• Create an inclusive, welcoming and approachable store environment.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and share it with the team.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Achieve sales and KPI targets through a customer‑first approach, serving as an ambassador for the brand.
