Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Showroom Manager to lead our upcoming Exeter Showroom. As we expand from strength to strength, we would love to hear from you! Salary:
Base Salary of £33,000.00 £ 36,000.00 plus performance bonus potential of up to £20,925 (OTE £56,925)
Working hours:
Full-time, 37 hours per week with 2 days off

The role:
As the Showroom Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the showroom, ensuring it is always presented to the highest standard. You will lead a small sales team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and provide expert advice on product suitability and interior design. You will play a key role in managing customer relationships from initial enquiry through to aftercare, ensuring every client receives a gold-standard service experience.
What You Will Be Doing:
Managing and supporting a small sales team Welcoming customers into the showroom and building strong client relationships Providing advice on suitability, sizing, pricing, and interiors with confidence and creativity Creating quotations, processing payments, arranging deliveries, and managing after-sales service Managing the showroom diary and online appointments Updating the CRM system with customer information and daily activity Problem solving and handling customer queries effectively Ensuring the showroom is presented to an exceptional standard at all times To be an excellent Showroom Manager, you will need:
Excellent customer service, organisation, and time management skills Confidence engaging with customers face-to-face and building rapport Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, concise emails A commercially minded approach with proven ability to drive sales Exceptional attention to detail A proactive, hands-on attitude within a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to support the wider team Ability to use initiative and anticipate future business needs Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word A background in design, interiors, or a creative industry (desirable) High-end retail experience (desirable) Full UK driving licence preferred Benefits We
