Warehouse Operative

£14.45 per hour* | 35–40 hour contract | 9:30am–5pm shifts | 30–35 days holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme.

As a Lidl Warehouse Operative you will ensure that stores receive the correct stock when they need it. You will be responsible for picking products, checking stock and handling other team tasks such as stacking deliveries. Your work will contribute to keeping shelves stocked for happy customers.

In return we offer competitive hourly pay plus an additional £2.00 per hour on bank holidays and £3.50 per hour on nights, with extra rates of £1.50 per hour when working in the freezer and £3.50 per hour for hours between 23:00 and 05:00.

• Be a multitasker, carefully listening to picking instructions through your headset to carry them out swiftly.
• Pack a variety of our products including meat, fruit, frozen and chilled items.
• Make sure your deliveries are perfectly stacked and secure.
• Report any damaged items to your manager.
• Be responsible for independently working through your orders.
