About the Role

• Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic service and lasting impressions.
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with customers, educate them on products, build rapport, and maintain relationships.
• Maintain store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures.
• Manage cash, adhere to security, health & safety, and stock accuracy policies.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and gathering customer data.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
• Passion for our brands and lifestyle.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.

The shifts you are applying for are:

• Sunday 12:00‑16:00
• Friday 12:00‑16:00

Flexibility is required; you may be asked to work outside of these times or different shifts based on business needs.
