• Utilise our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience and accelerate the move to the new M&S.
• Keep standards sky-high while balancing speed and accuracy, even when the pressure is on.
• Be a team player and contribute to a positive store environment where everyone moves with purpose and energy, supporting each other every step of the way.
• Demonstrate flexibility in a fast-moving retail environment, adapting to where you’re needed, when you’re needed, to meet the next challenge head-on.
• Deliver frontline fashion retail service and assist customers with style advice and product discovery.
