Seasonal Store Assistant

We are looking for a retail associate to create outstanding customer experiences, drive sales, and uphold store standards.

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with customers and educate them on our products, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Maintain store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Manage cash and adhere to policy and procedures for security, health & safety and stock accuracy.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.

• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays
• Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive and professional attitude
• Enthusiasm to learn and to share product knowledge
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment

• Sunday 12:00 – 16:00
• Friday 12:00 – 16:00
