Overview
Elizabeth Arden represents a prestige, skincare-led approach to beauty, combining innovation, expertise and exceptional customer experience.
On-site role: This role requires full-time presence at Elizabeth Arden's Beauty Counter in Boots, Exeter.
Hours: 22.5 hours per week over 3 or 4 days.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service at all times
- Provide expert advice across skincare, colour and fragrance, with a strong focus on skincare
- Conduct consultations and perform RDSE services confidently and professionally
- Drive retail sales and consistently work towards individual and team targets
- Engage customers through product demonstrations, storytelling and tailored recommendations
- Build strong relationships to encourage customer loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain high standards of counter presentation in line with brand expectations
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and high-performing environment
- Passionate about skincare and delivering outstanding customer experiences
- A strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people and building relationships
- Results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets
- Energetic, enthusiastic and confident in a customer-facing role
- A team player who contributes positively to the counter environment
- Takes pride in representing a premium beauty brand
- Minimum 1 year experience in a retail or customer-facing role
- Experience in beauty, skincare or cosmetics is preferred
- Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak periods
