Department: Store Management

Location: Exeter

• Drive sales & maximise profit – you will identify opportunities to increase your store's contribution, implement company layout standards, analyze reports, and be accountable for branch success. Conduct daily floor walks, delegate effectively, monitor competitor activity, and communicate trade feedback.
• Connect with our customers – you will ensure every customer receives a world‑class shopping experience, motivate the team to provide genuine service, and encourage upselling across all store areas.
• Recruit & retain the best talent – you will manage career development, recruit the best team, train & coach them, and drive succession by creating future managers.
• Control costs & manage loss prevention – you will drive productivity by managing payroll, staffing, and deterring theft through service. Ensure the store's operations are sound with effective stock‑management controls.
• Have a proven track record in managing store KPIs including sales, payroll, controllable costs, stock loss and service.
• Be a great communicator across all levels.
• Have great leadership skills.
• Be passionate about delivering a world‑class experience to our customers.
• Have previous experience at Store Manager level or be an experienced Deputy Manager looking for your next step up.
