Senior Store Assistant - Keyholder

Senior Store Assistant (Keyholder) – Exeter, Marsh Barton

30 hours per week.

We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must manage early starts and late finishes.

• Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
• Support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience, including supervising team members when required.
• Open and close the store, assign daily tasks, and provide short‑term supervisory cover.
• Sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up.

• A friendly personality and commitment to high store standards.
• Reliability – be available when needed, flexible, and committed.
• Accountability – prior experience as a keyholder or supervisor, or willingness to step up when required.
