PayPoint plc is seeking a driven Retail Performance Manager to own a portfolio of ~555 retailers within a defined territory. This field-based role uses data, coaching and strong relationships to drive commercial performance and retailer value of PayPoint’s products.
You'll deliver retailer visits, use insights to create targeted action plans, coach in-store execution, promote product adoption and ensure compliance, with a focus on measurable results.
