Tesco Colleague roles in our stores offer flexible shift windows and a competitive hourly rate. Our pay starts from £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores, with possible additional location-based payments.
New colleagues are offered a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with the option to work down to 12 hours if needed. Shifts are scheduled with three weeks' notice, and Tesco supports flexible working and inclusivity.
