The ONE LUXE Solo Counter Manager role at L’Oréal Luxe requires a dynamic leader to drive a world-class luxury counter experience in a UK store. You will lead and coach Beauty Advisors, implement growth plans, and ensure premium service across all brands, while upholding brand standards and a high level of store presentation.
You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, creating engaging events, and building a loyal VIP client base.
