Motorcycle Sales Executive

Location: Bridge Motorcycles, Exeter
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 OTE (Uncapped)
Hours: 40 hours per week across 5 days, including Saturdays

• Welcome every customer with genuine warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
• Create an exceptional buying journey from first enquiry to final handover.
• Drive performance across unit sales, profit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
• Proactively engage customers through walk‑ins, calls, follow‑ups, and online enquiries.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation using strong IT and organisational skills.

• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• A proven track record in target-driven retail sales (motor/motorcycle sales ideal).
• Confidence, resilience, and a competitive but customer-focused mindset.
