Are you passionate about sales and building new business?

Do you enjoy building solid internal and external relationships resulting in growth?

About Us

Lexis Nexis is a leading provider of digital content to businesses around the globe. As part of the RELX Group, our mission is to innovate towards ever better outcomes for our customers. We combine unparalleled insight from business information with analytics and technology to advance what’s possible for the way our customers work.

About the Team

Tolley, a division within Lexis Nexis, is the market-leading provider of research, guidance, AI workflow and learning solutions. The learning solutions comprise exam training for professional tax qualifications as well as bespoke tax learning products.

Reporting to the Director of Tax Markets, this Account Manager role will be responsible for managing and developing relationships across Tolley’s key learning solutions client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, retention, and account growth. Working closely with senior stakeholders at these firms, the role will identify opportunities to expand the Tolley Learning footprint — through both organic account development and targeted business development into adjacent markets.

While the primary focus is on strategic account management, the role will also contribute to new growth by identifying and converting select new BD opportunities within the professional training market.

About the Role

You will build and grow relationships across Tolley’s key learning accounts. You will work with clients to understand their learning needs, ensure excellent service delivery, and identify opportunities for account growth. You will also support targeted business development in new or adjacent markets.

This role suits someone who enjoys collaborating with clients, solving problems, and supporting long‑term partnerships.

This is a new, exciting opportunity for an individual with demonstrated success to manage complex, high value clients and drive growth across the Tolley Learning portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of learning solutions accounts, ensuring strong engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Develop account plans focused on client needs, growth opportunities, and cross‑selling relevant learning products.
  • Work closely with colleagues in Marketing, Product, Learning and Apprenticeships to deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Identify and pursue selective new business opportunities within the professional training market.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts and reports.
  • Share market insights to support product development and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with learning solutions, tax qualifications (e.g., ATT, CTA, ADIT), and related Lexis Nexis products.
Skills & Experience

Experience in account management, client relationships, or business development—particularly within learning, education, or professional services is advantageous!

We’re looking for someone who can:

  • Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Balance long‑term account management with identifying new opportunities.
  • Communicate clearly and present confidently in different settings.
  • Listen actively and work collaboratively.
  • Work independently, stay organised, and manage multiple priorities.

If you’re motivated to learn, curious about how clients solve real‑world challenges, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
