OverviewSnows Toyota is expanding its corporate presence across the South West and is seeking a highly driven Corporate Sales Executive to develop new business relationships and strengthen existing partnerships. This role focuses on building long-term fleet solutions for organisations operating large car and van fleets, representing the award-winning Toyota brand and Snows’ reputation for exceptional service.
You will be responsible for proactively identifying new opportunities, nurturing leads, managing key accounts, and delivering tailored mobility solutions that meet complex business needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on relationship building and strategic prospecting.
Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development- Proactively prospect and convert new corporate customers, targeting organisations with medium-to-large car and van fleets.
- Build a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, events, and digital prospecting activity.
- Conduct fleet needs analysis and present compelling mobility solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Deliver professional presentations, proposals, and quotations to corporate decision-makers.
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of existing business customers, ensuring high levels of service, retention, and satisfaction.
- Hold regular account reviews to identify opportunities for renewal, fleet growth, or product upgrades.
- Develop long-term partnerships with procurement teams, fleet managers, and business owners.
- Coordinate with internal departments (administration, aftersales, finance, logistics) to ensure seamless delivery and support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, activity logs, and forecasting data.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and profitability objectives.
- Stay informed on Toyota’s product range, fleet incentives, commercial finance options, and industry developments.
- Represent Snows Toyota at corporate events, trade shows, and networking forums across the region.
- Proven sales experience, ideally within automotive, B2B, fleet, or mobility solutions.
- Previous experience in fleet sales or corporate automotive services is highly beneficial.
- Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Self‑motivated, organised, and comfortable managing a large sales territory.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
