Salary: £20,873.21 basic per annum | OTE £42,000+ (uncapped)

Hours:

08:00-18:30 with alternate full weekends off. When working a weekend, Saturday is given as lieu time.

As a Mercedes-Benz Sales Consultant, you’ll guide customers from their first enquiry to driving off the forecourt ensuring every step of their journey is exciting, smooth and unforgettable.

• Build relationships and consult with customers to understand their needs
• Present the Mercedes-Benz range confidently, sharing product knowledge and finance options
• Work towards monthly sales targets, managing your pipeline through our CRM system
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Champion the Mercedes-Benz brand through every interaction

We’re looking for someone with a
track record of success in automotive sales who can bring confidence, energy and professionalism to our showroom.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in vehicle sales
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment and motivated by commission
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A team player who thrives in a structured dealership environment
• Full UK driving licence essential

Experience:

• Sales: 2 years (preferred)
• Motor Industry Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
