We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused

Car Sales Executive to join our client's reputable volume main dealer in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to develop their career within a busy, professional dealership environment. As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal position in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets.

• Basic salary of £20,000 per annum, with uncapped commission earnings (OTE up to £45,000)
• Monday to Saturday working week with a designated day off during the week
• Company car for both business and personal use

• Greeting and assisting customers in a professional, friendly manner to create a positive experience
• Demonstrating and showcasing new and used vehicles to prospective buyers
• Negotiating sales confidently to maximise profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Following up with customers post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and foster loyalty
• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
• Collaborating with colleagues to optimise overall sales performance and dealership success

• Previous experience in car sales or a comparable sales environment is desirable
• A valid UK driving licence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
• A positive attitude with a proactive approach to customer service and achieving sales goals
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and develop your sales techniques and automotive industry knowledge
• Professionals with experience as a Trainee Sales Executive, Senior Sales Executive, or Sales Executive are encouraged to apply
