Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Exeter for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction while fostering long-term relationships. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to meet customers' goals, identifying opportunities for account growth, and resolving any client concerns promptly. The position involves maintaining a deep understanding of services, preparing reports, and ensuring all projects are on schedule and within scope.

Salary

Basic - £26 to £28k - Dependant on experience

Unlimited Commission, based on growth OTE £35k Plus

Qualifications
  • Client relationship management and customer service experience
  • Confident Telephone manner
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a similar account management role is a plus
