Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our upcoming showroom team in Exeter. As we expand from strength to strength, we would love to hear from you! Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 plus a performance bonus of £6,200 (max OTE £34,200)
Working hours:
Full-time, 37 hours per week with 2 days off

The role:
As a Sales Advisor, you will work closely with the showroom team to deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to aftersales support. You will play a key role in guiding customers throughout the sales journey, whether in person, over the phone, or via email. This role is ideal for a confident communicator with a passion for customer service, interiors, and sales, who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
Welcoming customers into the showroom and building strong client relationships Providing expert advice on suitability, sizing, pricing, and interiors Answering incoming sales calls and responding to customer enquiries Making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers Creating quotations, processing payments, and arranging deliveries Providing outstanding aftersales service and resolving customer queries Updating the CRM system with customer information and daily activity Arranging product samples to be dispatched Confirming showroom appointments with customers Supporting with the presentation and upkeep of the showroom Providing refreshments and ensuring customers receive a warm, professional experience To be an excellent Sales Advisor, you will need:
Experience with in a sales or customer service environment Excellent organisation and time management skills Strong communication skills across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions Confidence building rapport with customers A proactive, hands-on attitude in a busy, fast-paced environment Strong customer focus with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Self-motivation and enthusiasm Experience using a CRM system Proficiency in Microsoft Office Minimum of 2 years sales experience
Experience with in the luxury goods market (desirable) A passion for interiors or design (desirable) Benefits We
