We are recruiting a Senior Manager Key Accounts to support the UK Sales Director in developing and delivering the UK growth strategy and achieving company goals.

- Support the Sales Director in agreeing sales targets for National Accounts, including personnel planning, recruiting and sales strategy.
- Provide leadership and support for the National Account team through coaching, mentoring and monitoring to maximise potential and manage performance, including completion of employee dialogues and OCTR information.
- Maintain consistent communication of company-wide and customer-related information throughout the team and senior leadership.
- Retain STILL UK’s valuable customer portfolio through active account management.
- Collaborate with all departments to meet customer expectations wherever possible.
- Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
- Handle business enquiries and issues from customers and the STILL team, delivering high levels of customer service and profitability.
- Demonstrate strong commercial awareness of the STILL brand and competitors, providing information for market analysis and further opportunities.
- Ensure the team uses and updates the CRM system, recording, analysing, reporting and administering according to systems and requirements.
- Assist in creating a harmonious and productive sales environment by working closely with other members of the sales team.
- Negotiate sales agreements and contracts for STILL products, ensuring all internal parties and suppliers are aware of details and that the package is in the best interests of all concerned.
- Demonstrate STILL products and services to existing and prospective customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Establish strong long‑term client relationships and regularly communicate with key customers to respond to specific queries.
- Assist the team in evaluating customer needs, developing solutions and innovative ideas, handling complaints and issues, and acting as liaisons between UK and International teams to solve needs/issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement of processes and procedures with other team members as requested.
- Act as the pivotal link between UK National Accounts and International Accounts Teams, supporting the maximum growth of STILL International Account portfolio.
- Project‑manage fleet projects on a national and international basis, developing strategic account plans and sharing customer knowledge with all stakeholders.
- Conduct strategic Key Account development meetings with National, International and Business Development teams, focusing on short‑term, mid‑term and long‑term prospects to grow market share.
- Monitor key performance indicators for defined Key Accounts and define improvement or corrective actions based on insights.
- Consistently demonstrate company values of Integrity, Courage, Collaboration and Excellence.
- Proven track record in an international Key Account Management background, preferably in the forklift or material handling sector.
- Previous success in achieving sales targets, negotiation and problem‑solving in a Key Account environment.
- Self‑motivated, commercially minded and IT literate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in evaluating customer needs, developing solutions and innovative ideas.
- Ability to manage teams, coach and mentor to achieve targets and develop performance.
