Location:

B&Q Exeter.

Part‑time, 22.5 hours per week, permanent contract.

Shifts available Monday to Sunday, 7.00am–10.00pm.

Competitive salary of £14.10 per hour plus a £0.27 location allowance. Bonuses up to £250 per quarter for hitting targets, additional team incentives and a £3,000 award for the top 3–5% of performers.

As a Showroom Advisor you will focus on the customer experience. Your responsibilities include asking questions, exploring possibilities, recommending the right finance, products, and installation options, and using software to produce inspirational designs that bring projects to life. You will coordinate multiple projects, support customers both virtually and face‑to‑face, and guide them from inspirational ideas through to delivery, helping to bring their home improvement dreams to reality.
