Are you an organised, detail‑driven administrator who takes pride in getting things right the first time? Looking for a role where your work genuinely impacts the customer experience? We’re seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our busy New Car Sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a successful dealership, ensuring every vehicle order, customer record, and delivery process runs smoothly from start to finish.

This isn’t a sales position. Instead, you’ll be the driving force behind the scenes, providing vital administrative support that helps the sales team deliver an outstanding customer journey.

What you’ll be doing
  • Providing efficient and accurate administrative support to the New Car Sales team
  • Processing vehicle orders, paperwork, and documentation with exceptional attention to detail
  • Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records in line with compliance requirements
  • Managing customer enquiries professionally and ensuring a high level of service
  • Updating CRM and internal systems, ensuring information is always accurate and up to date
  • Supporting the team in meeting manufacturer standards and operational objectives
  • Assisting colleagues during busy periods to help ensure seamless vehicle handovers and deliveries
What we’re looking for
  • Previous administration experience, ideally within the automotive industry
  • Excellent data‑entry skills and a strong eye for detail
  • Confidence using CRM systems and multiple databases
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A proactive team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
  • Professional communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset
