Inter Dealer Broker Relationship Manager

Role Profile

Inter Dealer Broker (IDB) Relationship Manager – Global Contributions, based in Exeter.

The successful candidate will manage content sourced from various content partners across our product groups end to end and develop strong relationships while working closely with the Product team, Data Strategy & Management, Global Partners, Sales, Account Management, and Content Operations teams.

• Develop relationships with content partners covering business, product, and market data teams.
• Support existing data on LSEG platforms and onboard new product sets that are commercially beneficial to LSEG.
• Contribute to group knowledge and help design, implement and maintain global processes and standards.
• Manage data sets, ensuring new and existing data is compliant and addressing issues in liaison with Senior Relationship Manager, Commercial Managers, Rights Management, and relevant sector leads.
• Engage and build strong relationships with internal operational teams.

• Self‑starter with demonstrable ability to work effectively in a team while comfortable working independently.
• General understanding of financial markets.
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize.

• Fluent proficiency in written and oral English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially spreadsheets.

• Great communication skills and experience in a client‑facing role.
• Strong appetite to learn and share knowledge globally.
• Proactive, positive, natural instinct to help and a commitment to find solutions where not obvious.
• Demonstrable technical skills in information systems, financial information products and data flows.
