Business Manager – Vertu Hyundai Exeter

Basic Salary: £35,000 | OTE £55,000 + Company Car + Excellent Benefits

We have an exciting opportunity for a confident and motivated Business Manager to join our team at Vertu Hyundai Exeter. This is a fantastic chance to join a high performing team, working alongside a sales manager and business manager ready to support you in this new role.

• Build and present finance and insurance deals to customers after handover from Sales Executives
• Ensure full compliance with all F&I regulations
• Champion our controlled Active Sales process
• Support daily department actions, performance targets and customer outcomes
• Assist colleagues with first‑ and second‑facing customer interactions
• Drive sales of finance, warranties, insurance products, paint protection and add‑ons
• Deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times

Your ability to communicate confidently, build rapport, and create transparent, compliant deals will be central to your success.

• Previous experience in a Business Manager or Sales Executive role in the automotive industry
• Strong understanding of finance and insurance product regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage customer interactions professionally
• A proactive, customer‑centric mindset
• A full UK driving licence

To protect our customers and our reputation, successful candidates will be required to undertake a DBS check, along with regular fit and proper person assessments. We will also request references from previous employers as part of our pre‑employment checks.
