Sales Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Somerset/Devon Area for a Salesperson at Anglian Windows Ltd. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential customers, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting product presentations, follow-ups with leads, preparing and presenting quotes, as well as negotiating and closing sales. The individual will also collaborate with team members to align on sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Sales and negotiation skills to effectively close deals and build lasting client relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and explain product offerings
• Organizational and time management skills to manage sales cycles and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Knowledge or experience in windows and/or home improvement industry is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software or tools for tracking leads and customer information
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, team-focused sales environment
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to meet clients
