Car Sales Executive Opportunity in Exeter
Our client, a reputable franchised main dealer, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join their busy team.
- Volume Main Dealer
- Basic Salary of £20k, OTE up to £45k
- Monday to Saturday working hours
- Competitive basic salary of £20,000 per annum
- Uncapped OTE of up to £45,000 depending on performance
- Monday to Saturday working week with a day off during the week
- Company car included for business and personal use
- Ongoing training and career development opportunities
- Friendly team environment and supportive management
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Demonstrate and showcase new and used vehicles to prospective buyers
- Negotiate and close sales with confidence and integrity
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Work collaboratively with the team to optimise sales performance
- Previous experience in car sales or a related sales environment is desirable
- Valid UK driving licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to customer service and sales
- Willingness to learn, improve, and develop sales techniques and industry knowledge
- Individuals with experience as a Trainee Sales Executive, Senior Sales Executive, or Sales Executive are encouraged to apply
