About the Role As General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a successful sales team, including Business Managers, Sales Executives and support colleagues. Through coaching, mentorship and active leadership, you will drive performance, maximise profitability and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences throughout every stage of the sales journey.

You will oversee the sale of new and used vehicles, finance products and additional services, whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction, compliance and ethical sales practices. You will also lead sales campaigns and promotional activities, ensuring the dealership continues to deliver outstanding commercial results.

About You We are looking for a driven and ambitious automotive leader with a proven record of delivering sales success and building high-performing teams.

You will be able to demonstrate:

Strong automotive retail sales management experienceA track record of improving sales performance, profitability and operational efficiency

Excellent leadership, coaching and people development skills

Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilitiesA customer-first approach combined with strong commercial awareness

The ability to motivate, inspire and lead a team to exceed targets

Experience with in a prestige or luxury automotive environment would be highly advantageous; however, we would also welcome applications from talented and successful Sales Managers looking to take the next step into a premium brand.
