Telesales Advisor £12.71 - 13.50 per hour plus bonus Shirley, Birmingham Temp to Perm Full time or part time available Do you know your way around a phone and enjoy the challenge of persuading busy people to say yes? We're looking for Telesales Advisors to join a growing team. This isn't a script and smile role. You'll be speaking with managers and business owners, getting them to agree to face to face meetings with a Field Sales rep, so you need to be sharp, confident and genuinely comfortable holding a proper business conversation on the phone.

Previous telesales or appointment setting experience is essential. What you'll be doing Making outbound calls to decision makers across various industries Learning enough about each client's product or service to speak about it credibly Booking qualified appointments that are worth someone's time to attend Hitting targets without cutting corners on quality What we're offering £12.71 per hour, with scope to go higher for candidates with strong relevant experience (up to £13.50) Bonus scheme Part-time considered, minimum 5 hour shifts, 3 days a week Full-time hours available 39 hours Free on-site parking If this sounds like the role for you then APPLY NOW!
