Parts Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable automotive company in Exeter for the position of Parts Advisor. • Competitive salary of up to £31,000, with potential earnings of £33,000 including commission as aParts Advisor

• Providing expert parts advice to customers and colleagues
• Managing parts stock levels and processing orders efficiently
• Supporting the sales team with accurate parts information
• Assisting with stock control and inventory management
• Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
• Handling parts enquiries via phone and in person
• Supporting the overall efficiency of the parts department

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts role
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Driving licence is not essential
• Flexibility to work one Saturday morning per month
