SIA Door Supervisor

We're now looking for a skilled SIA Door Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious venue in Bath, providing a visible and effective presence during busy weekend nights.

This is a long‑term position in a very well‑established venue, ideal for a confident and experienced professional who takes pride in doing the job properly and to a high standard.

• Managing guest entry and behaviour in line with venue policy and licensing requirements
• Monitoring capacity and supporting a smooth, safe flow of guests
• Conducting regular patrols and searches where necessary
• Refusing entry or removing guests as appropriate – using physical intervention only when required
• Protecting staff, guests and venue assets
• Reporting and recording all incidents, refusals and relevant activity accurately

• Experience working in a busy night‑time venue (bars, clubs, pubs, etc.)
• Availability to work Friday and Saturday evenings
• Ability to provide 5‑year verifiable employment or education history with references

• Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills
• Calm, assertive and confident under pressure
• Smart, well‑groomed and professional in appearance
• Highly observant and detail‑oriented
• A team player who understands the importance of consistency and presence
