Concierge Security Officer

Kingdom Group have a great opportunity for a Concierge Security Officer to join the team, working at a supported living site in the Exeter, EX4 area.

We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP

£12.50 per hour

On average 42+ hours per week, shifts as per site rota, 4 On 4 Off nights.

22:00-08:00

• To act as first point of contact for clients and visitors
• Signing visitors in/out of building
• Ensuring the security of clients and the project is maintained by completing hourly patrols and recording appropriately, by monitoring CCTV and completing notes and clients and visitors movements
• Completing visual inspections of the property and make notes to ensure health and safety requirements and maintained including fire procedures
• To report any out of hours emergency repairs
• Assist with access and monitoring of contractors
• To complete concierge check lists and feedback and record any relevant information in communication book and handover to day shift staff
• Complete incident reports if required
• Report any significant client issues to on call staff/supervisor

• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
• A valid SIA licence or be in the process of applying for one
• A full five-year checkable employment history
• An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role
• Own transport is preferred
