Regional T.I.V. Engineer (Level 2 Electrical) | Regional | Full Time | £36,000–£40,000 per annum Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a dynamic, hands-on role with variety and responsibility? Our client is seeking a Regional Maintenance Engineer (Level 2 Electrical) to join their Tech-In-Van service in the SW Area, providing high-quality reactive and proactive maintenance across multiple retail stores in your allocated region.

You'll play a key role in keeping stores safe, functional, and compliant with Health & Safety standards — all while working with a supportive, professional team. Ideally based in or near Exeter, covering the SW region on a scheduled basis Qualified electrician (City & Guilds Electrical Installations Part 1 & Part 2, or 5-year NVQ equivalent) Able to undergo DBS check 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) knowledge CSCS accredited Minimum 2 years' experience in Electrical & Plumbing maintenance Skilled in Carpentry, Minor Brickwork, Painting & Decorating, and general handyman tasks Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills Clean, valid UK driving licence (no more than 6 points) Ability to use a mobile phone/tablet to complete and upload daily work reports What will your role look like?

Proactively visit your regional stores to maintain and repair equipment, fixtures, and store fabric Attend emergency reactive calls to meet client SLA requirements Carry out electrical, plumbing, carpentry, minor brickwork, painting, and handyman tasks as needed Manage and maintain van stock, reporting usage via a bespoke online system Liaise with store managers to ensure works are completed and logged accurately Provide detailed reports for further works or quotes where required Deliver excellent customer service while supporting the Account Delivery Team This role involves extensive travel across your region, with occasional overnight stays away from home.
