Electrician - Temp to Perm (Social Housing)
Location:
Exeter - yeovil
Pay Rate: £39,000 pa
Start Date:
Immediate start available
- Carrying out reactive maintenance, repairs, and small installation works
- Electrical testing and inspection (EICRs)
- Working in occupied and void social housing properties
- Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and health & safety standards
- Providing a professional and customer-focused service to tenants
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- 2391 / 2394 & 2395 or equivalent
- Previous experience working within social housing or domestic properties (Preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Temp to perm opportunity with a reputable employer
- Consistent, full-time work
- Company van, fuel card, tools, and PPE (for permanent role)
- Ongoing training and development
