Level 3 Qualified Electrician

HMP Exeter, 30 New N Rd, Exeter EX4 4EX

Salary: £40,579.20 per annum including £1,000 additional allowances

Contract:

Permanent, full time, 39 hours per week

We are seeking a Level 3 Electrical Installations qualified Electrician to join our Facilities Maintenance team at HMP Exeter, a Category B Adult Male local prison.

As an Electrician, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who vary from Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, to Cleaners, and Administrators, and others. • C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) and NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent qualifications
• A certificate in BS7671 – The Requirements For Electrical Installations 18th Edition
• A minimum of two years experience working in a role as an electrician, preferably within a healthcare, military or commercial environment
• An honest and conscientious character, with an ability to approach challenges in a calm manner and a positive attitude
• Good Health & Safety knowledge
• Excellent organisational, time management and people skills.
