Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 per annum + 5% bonus (Achieved last 6 years running company wide) + call out 1 week out of 4 (£230 fee + £50 each call out) OTE £44,000 – 46,000.

Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1‑hour lunch)
- Domestic installation within live social housing
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Customer facing role
- Repairs within kitchens and bathrooms
- Testing refits
- Test and Inspect 2391
- 18th Edition
- AM2
- Full UK drivers license
- NVQ Level 3 installation (or equivalent)
