£350 Per Job + Contract Role + Local Work + IMMEDIATE START + Flexible Schedule
A great opportunity for Solar Electricians or subcontractors looking to pick up consistent, well-paid work installing battery storage systems on existing domestic solar PV setups. With up to two jobs per day, this role is perfect for engineers wanting to top up their diary with extra days while still earning excellent rates. Batteries are delivered directly to site, and the contractor will supply basic materials such as cable and isolators, fully reflected in the day rate.

Your role as a Solar Electrician will include:
* Installing battery storage systems on existing domestic solar PV systems
* Completing 1-2 installations per day depending on workload
* AC/DC connections, commissioning and system checks
* Local travel across Southampton and surrounding areas
The successful Solar Electrician will need:
* Proven experience with Solar PV and Battery Storage installation
* NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, Inspection & Testingpreferred)
* Own van, tools and installation materials (cable, isolators, consumables)
* Ability to work independently and deliver clean, compliant installations
