• Work alongside the Team Manager to provide professional guidance and supervision to your team
• Support the day-to-day operations, ensuring an efficient service to foster carers
• Maintain a smaller caseload, giving you time to focus on quality engagement with foster carers
• Undertake investigations related to fostering standards of care concerns
• Serve as a foster panel advisor
• Share your extensive knowledge and experience through mentoring and supporting new team members
• Drive improvement within the service to ensure excellent levels of practice
• Encourage the development of a holistic approach with foster carers, children in care, and partner agencies
