The NHS in Exeter is recruiting a Support Worker for Redhills Crisis House to provide direct therapeutic engagement with service users in crisis. You will deliver person‑centred support within a safe, homely environment and help individuals work towards identified goals and recovery.
You will collaborate with carers and families, contribute to a co‑produced management plan, and assist in the day‑to‑day running of the crisis house while maintaining safety and well‑being.
