Bethany House, Exeter

31.5 hours per week

£22,039 per annum (FTE £26,237)

Bethany House is a supported living service in the centre of Exeter, focused on providing young people a safe environment to develop skills and knowledge required to live independently and successfully. We offer a flexible model of support meeting practical and emotional needs through one‑to‑one and group sessions.

You will work with young people, inspiring them to understand their capabilities, achieve goals by linking with local communities, teaching home‑management skills, and advising on housing and tenancy issues, including ASB and welfare benefits.

There will be lone working on a rota basis during evenings and weekends. Working hours are 9 a.m.‑8 p.m.; bank holiday work will also be required. An on‑call telephone support rota operates 8 p.m.‑9 a.m. additional payment applies for shifts.
