NHS is recruiting two Support Time and Recovery Workers to deliver in-reach support in HMP Exeter and HMP Channings Wood for a fixed term ending 31 March 2027. The role focuses on aiding release, assessing health vulnerabilities, and guiding individuals to the right post-release services.
You will liaise with probation and health partners, develop supportive plans, and help people engage with care and community resources to reduce risk and support recovery.
