- Lead, manage, and supervise a dynamic team of Social Workers and Advanced Social Workers within the Front Door service.
- Oversee the screening, triage, and allocation of referrals, contacts, and safeguarding concerns according to local thresholds and statutory guidance.
- Ensure robust management oversight of assessments, enquiries and decision-making under the relevant legislative frameworks.
- Promote high-quality social work practice through reflective supervision, coaching performance management and professional development.
- Develop strong working relationships with partner agencies including Police, Health, Education, Early Help services, and Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) colleagues.
- Degree in Social Work (BA, MA or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
