Navigate is seeking an Outreach Money Advice Caseworker on a 2.5 year contract to deliver specialist money advice and casework across Exeter. The role combines in-person and hybrid work, including home visits and outreach in community venues, to support clients facing financial hardship and housing insecurity.
You will manage a caseload, provide debt and welfare benefits advice, and advocate with creditors and housing providers to secure the best outcomes.
