Waythrough is recruiting three Recovery Workers to support families affected by drug and alcohol use across Barnstaple, Totnes and Exeter. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to engage parents, run assessments, and develop recovery plans that promote child safety and family stability.
The role focuses on person-centred, strengths-based support, helping families access treatment and wider services, with a commitment to safeguarding and collaborative practice.
