Would you enjoy organising activities, trips and experiences that help young people build confidence and independence?

Are you keen to develop professionally through fully funded training and qualifications?

The Role

As a Residential Care Worker, you will support young people within a residential setting, helping them develop essential independent living skills while providing a safe, nurturing and positive environment.

  • Accompanying young people on trips and recreational activities
  • Building positive and professional relationships with young people, families and external professionals
  • Promoting safeguarding and well-being at all times
  • Contributing to care planning and record keeping

No two days are the same. One day might involve supporting evening routines and independent living skills, while the next could include trips to the cinema, bowling, local attractions or other community-based activities.
